Your watch is powered by an NH automatic movement, which winds itself with your wrist movement—but you can also set it manually. Here’s how to use it safely and easily:
1. Wearing Your Watch
Just wearing your watch during the day will keep it running.
The movement stores energy, so if you don’t wear it for a couple of days, it might stop.
2. Unscrewing the Crown
Your watch has a screw-down crown to help with water resistance.
To adjust the time or date, unscrew the crown by turning it counterclockwise until it pops out gently.
After any adjustments, screw it back in fully to keep your watch water-resistant.
3. Setting the Date
Pull the crown to the first click (after unscrewing, but not all the way out).
Turn the crown slowly anti-clockwise to change the date.
Push the crown back in and screw it down when done.
4. Setting the Time
Pull the crown all the way out after unscrewing.
Turn the crown to set the hour and minute hands (clockwise).
Push the crown back in fully, then screw it down.
5. Manual Winding
If the watch has stopped, turn the crown clockwise about 20–40 times to give it enough power to start running.
Always screw the crown back in after winding.
6. Caring for Your Watch
Keep it away from strong magnets—they can affect accuracy.
Avoid high heat or strong shocks.
Make sure the crown is always screwed in before exposing the watch to water.
